Retreating is a part of the yoga tradition. 

​Nestled amidst the snowy Himalayas, the Kathmandu valley is a breathtaking fusion of ancient cultures dating back to the 14th century. The valley is home to 7 UNESCO world heritage sites, and has significant pilgrimage sites for Buddhists and Hindus. The vibrancy and richness of the Kathmandu make it an exotic and magical place for exploration, spiritual practice, sightseeing, eating and shopping.
